Santos announces “package” of eye reinforcements in sequence of the season

After a disappointing campaign in the last edition of the Campeonato Paulista, Santos announced three reinforcements for the sequence of the season. Full-back Gabriel Inocêncio, midfielder Luan Dias and striker Bruno Mezenga, who defended Água Santa, agreed with Peixe on loan valid until the end of the Brazilian Championship.
The trio was part of the surprising campaign of the team from Diadema, which ended up with the runner-up in the last edition of Paulistão. Luan and Bruno Mezenga even entered the selection of the tournament, announced this Monday, in a ceremony by the São Paulo Football Federation.

Santos, in turn, sees in the reinforcements a bet to improve Odair Hellmann’s squad aiming for the rest of the season. Peixe, it is worth mentioning, was eliminated from Paulistão still in the group stage of the competition, in addition to flirting with relegation in the state in most of the rounds.
Peixe returns to the field this Saturday, at 6:30 pm, when he makes his debut for the Brazilian Championship, against Grêmio, away from home. So far, only Bruno Mezenga and Gabriel Inocêncio have been registered by the club with the BID and are cleared to debut.
