During the afternoon of this Tuesday, there was a strong mobilization of security corporations from the three levels of government in the place known as Las adjuntas in the municipality of Piedras Negras, due to the location of the lifeless body of a person, who was floating in the waters of the Rio Grande; so we proceeded to rescue him.
