Fastweb, again for 2022 is Great Place To Work

The “Tu sei Futuro” strategy and the adoption of the company volunteering week were awarded as further recognition of the positive impact in favor of the community. The new smartworking model and the new corporate wellbeing services are increasingly appreciated

For the second consecutive year, Fastweb received the prestigious Great Place to Work® certification from the homonymous international institute specialized in measuring, analyzing and recognizing the best companies to work in based on the results gathered from an internal climate survey, which this year was attended by 82% of the corporate population, up by 7 percentage points compared to the 2021 survey.

Confirmation of the award, given annually to companies that stand out for their excellent work environments and which achieve the highest standards in human resource management and the quality of corporate culture, helps to strengthen Fastweb’s strategy for building a future more inclusive through the implementation of programs and initiatives increasingly based on the centrality of the person, his well-being and professional and personal growth in the workplace.

Again for 2022 Fastweb achieves a high rate of satisfaction and confirms itself as an excellent place to work for 84% of its employees. This represents a valuable opportunity to contribute further and personally to the improvement of the community.
For the second consecutive year, the certification also confirms the broad appreciation for the policies implemented by Fastweb in the area of attention to employee well-being and the centrality of the person. The results of the survey related to smartworking policies and new corporate wellbeing services have achieved extremely positive values, reaching over 80%. The values associated with equality and impartiality perceived in the workplace are also particularly high, regardless of ethnic origin (93%) or sexual orientation (91%), in addition to the sense of belonging and pride in the company (86 %).
“The fact that Fastweb, for the second consecutive year, reconfirms itself as an excellent workplace is a source of pride for us” declared Luciana De Laurentiis, Head of Corporate Culture & Inclusion of Fastweb. “The confirmation of this important recognition testifies to the company’s profound ability to know how to intercept social changes effectively and promote an increasingly shared, inclusive corporate culture oriented towards people’s well-being”.
